Content of the Curriculum
Geography is about people, places and the relationship between them. The Year 7 course aims to stimulate a sense of awe and wonder about the world today. Students build knowledge and understanding through the use of a variety of teaching resources.

Assessment Opportunities
Students are assessed throughout the course by a variety of assessment opportunities both in class and as homework tasks. Levels achieved will provide evidence of progress of the student towards their end of Key Stage target. Each topic will also be assessed more formally in an end of unit test.
