Exam Invigilators

 

Required from December 2024
Rate of Pay: £12.18 per hour (plus holiday pay)
Post: BS4


Required from December or thereabouts, individuals to work on a casual basis as Exam Invigilators during our busy exam periods. Hours are flexible by agreement and are generally 2.5 hours in the morning and 2.5 hours in the afternoon, although sometimes more, during the exam seasons of November to January and May to July in general.

Invigilators will supervise students taking internal and external exams according to the rules and regulations of the Joint Council for Qualifications. Good spoken and written English, being organised and attention to detail are essential for this role. Candidates need to be reliable and possess a calm but firm approach. Training will be given.

Teacher of Mathematics - 0.3 - 0.34 FTE

Start date - January 2025


The Governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational teacher of Mathematics with the skills to teach throughout the school from KS3 and KS4, potentially up to KS5. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate with flair, enthusiasm and excellent classroom skills to make a significant contribution to the small but strong Maths department in this highly motivated school.  The position is open to experienced teachers and those who are new to the profession.
